<p>Two new nor-diterpenoids called perangustine (<b>1</b>) and perangustinine (<b>2</b>) were isolated from roots of <i>Perovskia angustifolia</i> (Lamiaceae). The chemical structures of the isolated compounds were proved based on IR, UV, <sup>1</sup>H and <sup>13</sup>C NMR spectral data and COSY, HSQC, and HMBC experiments. The molecular structure of perangustine was established by an X-ray crystal structure analysis.</p>
