New Flavone O-Glycosides from Mentha × piperita

Known flavones 3–14 and two new flavone O-glycosides 1 and 2 were observed in herb of Mentha × piperita L. (Lamiaceae). The new flavonoids were 6-hydroxychrysoeriol 7-O-(6″-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (menthiside A, 1) and chrysoeriol 7-O-(4″-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (menthiside B, 2) according to UV and NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data. Compounds 1 and 2 possessed the capability to inhibit the activity of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH).
