摘要

A new chalcone compound, caneeracone B (1), along with five known compounds (2–6), was isolated from the seeds of Peterson avocado (Persea americana Mill.). The chemical structures were elucidated using spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. All the isolated compounds were evaluated for their anti-tyrosinase activity, and compound 1 exhibited the most potent tyrosinase inhibitory activity with an IC50 value of 20.29 μM.
