<p>A new pyridine, 4-(1′-acetoxyethyl)-2-methylpyridine (<b>1</b>) as well as 7,8-dihydro-8-hydroxyberberine, oxyberberine, berberine, palmatine, jatrorrhizine, and columbamine, were isolated from the roots of Mahonia oiwakensis. The structure of the new pyridine was elucidated by chemical and physical evidence.</p>

摘要

A new pyridine, 4-(1′-acetoxyethyl)-2-methylpyridine (1) as well as 7,8-dihydro-8-hydroxyberberine, oxyberberine, berberine, palmatine, jatrorrhizine, and columbamine, were isolated from the roots of Mahonia oiwakensis.
