<p>A new ursane-type triterpene fatty acid ester named 3<i>β</i>-O-hexacosanoyl-28-hydroxy-urs-12-ene (<b>1</b>) and two known triterpenes were obtained from the whole plants of <i>Isodon serra</i> (Maxim.) Kudo (Lamiaceae). The structure of the new compound was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis. Compound <b>1</b> was evaluated for its antioxidant activity in vitro using the DPPH method.</p>

摘要

A new ursane-type triterpene fatty acid ester named 3β-O-hexacosanoyl-28-hydroxy-urs-12-ene (1) and two known triterpenes were obtained from the whole plants of Isodon serra (Maxim.)
