Synthesis of New Carboxamide Derivatives of Ursolic and Corosolic Acids with Terminal Guanidinium and Biguanidinium Groups in a C-28 Side Chain
摘要
The syntheses of new potentially biologically active derivatives of ursolic and corosolic acids containing terminal aminoguanidinium and biguanidinium groups in a C-28 side chain bonded to the triterpene core by some linear alkane and tri(ethylene glycol) linkers or a branched tris(aminoethyl)amine moiety are described.
