<p>A new lasiodiplodin derivative, lasiodiplodin ether (<b>1</b>), along with three known compounds, barceloneic acid A (<b>2</b>), pestalotiopyrone D (<b>3</b>), and 6-hydroxymellein (<b>4</b>), were isolated from the marine fungus <i>Aspergillus clavatus</i> R7. The structure of compound <b>1</b> was deduced by analysis of comprehensive spectra. Compound <b>1</b> showed strong antifungal activity against <i>Fusarium oxysporum</i>, which was equal to triadimefon, and moderate antibacterial activity against <i>Escherichia coli</i> (serotypes O6 and O78). Compounds <b>2</b> and <b>3</b> showed a slightly lesser antifungal effect against <i>Colletotrichum musae</i> than triadimefon.</p>

摘要

A new lasiodiplodin derivative, lasiodiplodin ether (1), along with three known compounds, barceloneic acid A (2), pestalotiopyrone D (3), and 6-hydroxymellein (4), were isolated from the marine fungus Aspergillus clavatus R7.
