<p>The article considers a&#xa0;method for solving the diffraction problem of an infinite periodic grating in planar waveguides with local excitation of a&#xa0;single central waveguide. By means of an integral transform, the problem is reduced to solving a&#xa0;diffraction problem with Floquet conditions. Numerical results of the modeling are presented.</p>

摘要

The article considers a method for solving the diffraction problem of an infinite periodic grating in planar waveguides with local excitation of a single central waveguide. By means of an integral transform, the problem is reduced to solving a diffraction problem with Floquet conditions. Numerical results of the modeling are presented.
