摘要

Alkali metals have severe detrimental effects on the SCR catalytic activity of V2O5-WO3/TiO2. Ce-modified is one of the more effective catalyst modification strategies currently available. Based on this, CeVWTi catalysts doped with different amounts of Nb were prepared and the resistance to alkali metals was tested to explore feasible solutions for mitigating alkali metal poisoning. The activity test results indicated that the doping of Nb had significant effects on the catalytic activity and alkali metal tolerance. The NO conversion of Nb0.06CeVWTi reached 72.6% at 300 °C with a GHSV of 2 × 105 h− 1, which was 16.6% higher than that of the CeVWTi. After being poisoned by 1 wt% KCl, Nb0.06CeVWTi still maintained 99.2% NO conversion at 350 °C. Characterization results showed that the redox capability of Nb0.06CeVWTi was improved, and Nb0.06CeVWTi maintained the redox performance to the maximum extent even after KCl loading.
