Left ventricular wall pseudoaneurysm post transcatheter aortic valve replacement
摘要
Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is a widely performed minimal invasive procedure for severe aortic stenosis. Left ventricular (LV) myocardial wall perforation leading to a pseudoaneurysm is a rare complication, typically associated with transapical approach. We present this case of a 79-year-old female who developed a LV pseudoaneurysm after undergoing TAVR via transfemoral approach.
