<p>Transthoracic echocardiography is recommended as a diagnostic test of choice for constrictive pericarditis. Nevertheless, several limitations exist. Hereby, we present the role of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging in a case of constrictive pericarditis with concurrent aortic insufficiency that masked the echocardiographic features of ventricular interdependence.</p>
