Plasma-Chemical Synthesis of Graphene from Low-Carbon Petroleum Products
摘要
The article discusses synthesis of graphene black by plasma-chemical pulsed flash-pyrolysis method from low-carbon oil refining and petrochemical products, such as coking gas oil, catalytic cracking products, heavy and light pyrolysis tars, etc. In the proposed technology, the low-carbon stock is subjected to thermolysis in a batch reactor, where it is enriched with carbon in high-temperature processes at 400-600°C. Thereafter, the heavy thermolysis products are sent to a plasma-chemical pyrolysis unit to get graphene black. This technology will expand the range of feedstocks needed for getting graphene black and graphene. The technology has been approved by numerous experiments and the quality of the products have been confirmed by spectroscopic and analytical methods.
