<p>We address the problem of the short service life of access roads leading to oil and gas fields and explore the possibility of using soil stabilizers during their construction. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the develoed stabilizers, the properties of soil samples collected in one eastern region of Russia were analyzed, including particle size distribution, plasticity index, and optimum moisture content. A technique for stabilizing soil by adding a soil stabilizer is presented, which allows the compression strength of the soil to be increased.</p>
