<p>We present here the results of a&#xa0;clinical trial of a&#xa0;functional prototype pulse oximeter with a&#xa0;Bluetooth module for telemedicine. The clinical trial data indicate that the saturation values obtained with the prototype were lower than those obtained with reference standard devices (<i>p</i> &lt; 0.05); however, the differences were within acceptable error limits. The prototype pulse oximeter with a&#xa0;Bluetooth module for telemedicine developed at Samara State Medical University can be used in real-world clinical practice.</p>

We present here the results of a clinical trial of a functional prototype pulse oximeter with a Bluetooth module for telemedicine.
