摘要

Measures of the reliability of inductive power supply systems with half-bridge and full-bridge class D power amplifiers for medical purposes are calculated using the block diagram method. Methods for determining the failure rates both for typical electronic components (capacitor, coil) and integrated circuits for specific purposes are considered. Failure rates were determined for electronic components in inductive power transmission systems with a half-bridge class D power amplifier in the transmitting part of the system, and a full-bridge amplifier. The probabilities of failure-free operation of inductive power transmission systems are determined. Reliability indicators of inductive power transmission systems are calculated. The operating time corresponding to the reference level of failure-free operation probability for an inductive power transmission system with a half-bridge class D power amplifier is found to be 12 years, compared with nine ears for a system with a full-bridge amplifier.
