Comparative analysis of gait in health and after endoprosthetization of the knee joint with mechanical and kinematic alignment
摘要
Kinematic and mechanical alignment methods were compared in total knee arthroplasty using the Vicon Motion Capture system. The study found that kinematic alignment provides better preservation of the natural symmetry of hip movements but has limitations in terms of the rotational symmetry of the knee joint. These data suggest that an individual approach is required when selecting an alignment method, depending on the patient’s characteristics.
