Automation of surgical limb lengthening (literature review)
摘要
The history of the development of distraction osteosynthesis shows that orthopedic specialists in developed countries have improved distractors in two directions: external fixation devices and kinetic intraosseous distractors. By improving the Ilizarov apparatus, researchers in the Russian Federation have not only achieved automation of the round-the-clock operation of the movement unit, but have also gained the ability to obtain feedback on the process of reparative bone regeneration by dynamic measurement of distraction forces.
