Study of relationship between measures of heart rate variability and the frequencies of various types of arrhythmias in patients with arterial hypertension
摘要
A method for taking account of measures of complex analysis of heart rate variability is proposed to provide an additional criterion for selecting antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic therapy for patients with arterial hypertension and assessing its efficacy. Patients were examined on the background of an overall decrease in heart rate variability. The effects of the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems were studied, the latter being predominant; the major regulatory role of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system in the development of the disease was also studied. Autonomic imbalance in patients with arterial hypertension was identified and inverse correlations between disturbances to heart rhythm and heart rate variability indicators were found.
