摘要

The level of IL1β secretion in culture of LPS-stimulated CD14+ monocytes from patients with colorectal cancer was determined. Significant differences in cytokine levels were found in patients with early (15.39 [8.358-25.52] pg/mL) and late (30.33 [16.74-44.20] pg/mL) stages of the disease (p = 0.0381). We also revealed a drastic stage-dependent increase in the response to the first stimulation: by 1.6 times in stage I and by 9 times in stage IV (p = 0.023).
