摘要

A positive effect of sleeve gastrectomy on the structural and functional characteristics of the left ventricular myocardium in rats with normal body weight and post-infarction CHF was demonstrated. Sleeve gastrectomy attenuated the upregulated myocardial expression of the Trpc6 and Tgfb1 genes involved in the pathogenesis of myocardial infarction. These findings attest to a reduction of the negative effects of post-infarction cardiac remodeling.
