摘要

Quantitative differences in isolated microorganisms were determined using the culture-based analysis of fecal microbiota. In female rats with untreated breast cancer, the abundance of typical Escherichia coli, Bifidobacterium spp., and Lactobacillus spp. decreased in comparison with the group intact of animals and no opportunistic enterobacteria Enterobacter cloacae and Enterococcus spp. were detected in cultures. After gadolinium neutron capture therapy, the abundance of typical E. coli, Bacillus subtilis, and Bifidobacterium spp. decreased, and there was no culture growth of the opportunistic enterobacteria Enterobacter cloacae and Enterococcus spp. in comparison with intact animals. The abundance of Lactobacillus spp. increased to a level of intact control.
