Influence of Sodium and Silver Salts of Pyrazolecarboxamides on Innate Immunity Reactions In Vivo
摘要
Six compounds were tested: two sodium salts (Ia, Ib) and four silver salts of pyrazole-3-carboxamides (IIa-d). It was found that the sodium salts of pyrazole-3-carboxamides enhanced ROS production by peritoneal leukocytes and did not affect their absorption activity. Among the four silver salts studied, two compounds suppressed both the microbicidal potential and phagocytic activity, and one compound exhibited a stimulating effect. The pattern of the immunomodulatory effect of silver salts depends on the presence of certain substituents in the structure of the molecule.
