摘要

The introduction of new professional figures has always been a very discussed issue in the evolution of the Labour Market. To be defined as new, a job figure has to be easily detectable by behaviours and attitudes. In particular, this study focuses on the manager’s professional work and its declination in the figure of the Open Manager. Specifically, three typologies of Open Manager have been identified on the basis of the answers to the questionnaire items and on their self-declared level of openness.
