<p>Fruit drop, a&#xa0;consequence of environmental stress and nutrient imbalance, disrupts plant hormonal and metabolic homeostasis, thereby limiting yield and compromising fruit quality. The present study evaluated GA<sub>3</sub>, NAA, and ZnSO<sub>4</sub> as interventions to mitigate these effects in jujube cultivars ‘Sufan’ and ‘Pak White.’ The experiment was carried out at the jujube orchard of the Horticultural Research Station, Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan, in the representative arid Cholistan region, employing a&#xa0;two-factor factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD). Treatments were applied as foliar sprays with a&#xa0;low-pressure hand sprayer at the onset of flowering and fruit-setting stages. Statistical analyses, including analysis of variance and principal component analysis, were performed to identify the most effective treatments for improving fruit quality and reducing fruit drop. ‘Pak White’ outperformed ‘Sufan’; foliar application of GA<sub>3</sub> (40 ppm) significantly improved fruit retention, yield, fruit weight, and dimensions, including fruit length and breadth. ZnSO<sub>4</sub> at 0.6% improved key biochemical attributes of jujube fruit juice, including total soluble solids, ascorbic acid, sugars, total phenolic content, total flavonoid content, and total antioxidant content. These findings highlight the potential of combined growth regulators and micronutrient supplementation to improve the yield and fruit quality of jujubes under similar agro-ecological conditions.</p>
