<p>Thrips (Thysanoptera) persist as an under-characterized threat to Mediterranean apple production. We conducted a&#xa0;study of 20&#xa0;semi-dwarf orchards in Karaman Province, Türkiye, at the end of the 2022 season. The objectives of the study were to determine species composition, relative abundance, and spatial structure. Thrips were collected from randomly selected branches (10&#xa0;trees × 5&#xa0;branches per orchard) and simultaneously sampled from all weed hosts. Adults were slide-mounted and identified morphologically. A&#xa0;total of 1,511 specimens representing nine Thripidae taxa were recovered. The analysis revealed that <i>Frankliniella occidentalis</i> accounted for 85.3% of the identified individuals and occurred in 17&#xa0;orchards, whereas <i>Thrips tabaci</i> accounted for 12.0% and was detected in 15&#xa0;orchards. Seven additional species, namely, <i>Tenothrips frici, Tenothrips hispanicus, Thrips praetermissus, Thrips trehernei, Thrips physapus, Anaphothrips obscurus</i> and unidentified <i>Thrips</i> spp., were each restricted to one or two sites. The diversity indices reflected the following imbalance: Six orchards exhibited H′ = 0.00 and D = 1.00, while only four diversity islands exceeded H′ = 0.50. Network analysis revealed a&#xa0;pronounced core–satellite architecture dominated by <i>F.&#xa0;occidentalis</i> and <i>T.&#xa0;tabaci</i>. The observed heterogeneity was largely explained by local microclimatic variation, ground-flora richness, and pesticide intensity. The dataset incorporates two taxa (<i>T.&#xa0;praetermissus</i> and <i>Te. hispanicus</i>) that are recorded for the first time in Turkish fauna. It also provides baseline metrics for future research on population dynamics, resistance evolution, and integrated thrips management in apple agro-ecosystems.</p>
