<p>The current study investigated the impact of year-round pruning and fertilizer doses on the nutrient content status of soil, leaves, and fruits of the phalsa cultivar ‘Local’ during 2020–2021 and 2021–2022. The experiment included two factors: pruning time and fertilizer doses. The pruning time had six levels, i.e., P<sub>1</sub> (1st week of January), P<sub>2</sub> (1st week of March), P<sub>3</sub> (1st week of May), P<sub>4</sub> (1st week of July), P<sub>5</sub> (1st week of September) and P<sub>6</sub> (1st week of November), while the fertilizer doses had three levels, F<sub>1</sub> (100:50:50 g NPK per plant, control), F<sub>2</sub> (200:75:75 g NPK per plant), and F<sub>3</sub> (300:100:100 g NPK per plant). The experiment followed a&#xa0;completely randomized design (factorial) with three repetitions. The highest fruit yield was recorded in treatment P<sub>2</sub> (1st week of March) and F<sub>2</sub> (200:75:75 g NPK per plant). The pruning time did not have a&#xa0;significant effect on the soil and fruit nutrient content of phalsa in both years, whereas, the fertilizer doses had a&#xa0;significant impact on the soil and fruit nutrient content. Regarding the leaf nutrient content, both the pruning time and fertilizer doses had a&#xa0;significant effect in both years. Specifically, treatment F<sub>3</sub> resulted in the highest levels of available nitrogen, available phosphorous, and available potassium in the soil and highest total nitrogen, total phosphorous and total potassium in the leaves and fruits. The highest levels of nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium in the leaves were observed in treatment P<sub>2</sub>. Pruning in the 1st week of March with 300:100:100 g NPK per plant resulted in higher soil, leaf and fruit nutrient content.</p>
