Sexuelle Funktionsstörungen der Frau
摘要
Sexual dysfunction in women can affect sexual desire, arousal and orgasm and can also manifest as dyspareunia or vaginismus. It can be temporary or permanent and is associated with substantial levels of distress. Particularly vulnerable periods include the onset of sexual life as sexual inexperience also plays a role, the postpartum period, and the postmenopausal years, during which hormone deficiencies and psychosocial changes occur. Disorders of sexual appetite are the most common reasons for consultation in sexual medicine clinics (30%) and dyspareunia is the most frequent sexual medical problem in the gynecological practice. The diagnostics include somatic and psychosocial components. The treatment ranges from sex education to multidisciplinary care by gynecology, physiotherapy and sexual medicine.
