<p>Angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis are hallmarks of cancer and widely investigated both in solid and hematologic malignancies, correlating with tumor aggressiveness and progression. To date, the meaning of angiogenesis in primary cutaneous lymphomas has not been fully clarified, with most data coming from T cell lymphomas, in particular mycosis fungoides. Herein, we provide a comprehensive review about their significance in both primary cutaneous T cell and B cell lymphomas, with the aim to deepen the underlying molecular mechanism and role in tumor development and progression.</p>
