<p>Universal access to the websites is the major responsibility of website designers and developers. While valuable work has been done for website accessibility evaluation, however, no researcher carried out an accessibility evaluation of Indian incubation websites nor used a fuzzy-based approach for such evaluations. The current study aims to propose Fuzzy-based User Judgement Model for Accessibility (FUJMA). The top ten Indian incubation websites have been evaluated for accessibility employing a user inspection approach against conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1). The current study is limited to low-vision impaired users pursuing postgraduate or doctorate degrees in the department of Computer Science as well as the department of Computer Engineering and Technology, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India. After employing the proposed model, the evaluation results are examined for each accessibility aspect and parameter to provide an overall accessibility index. The result findings reveal that among ten websites, one website achieved very good, one achieved very bad and one achieved an average level of accessibility. However, no website reached either an excellent or the worst level of accessibility. Moreover, to validate the proposed model, another sample as another case study has been taken with the same dataset with statistical differences in accessibility indexes at confidence level <InlineEquation ID="IEq1"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\({\alpha =0.05}\)</EquationSource> <EquationSource Format="MATHML"><math> <mrow> <mi>α</mi> <mo>=</mo> <mn>0.05</mn> </mrow> </math></EquationSource> </InlineEquation>. The proposed model may be helpful to aggregate the user responses into an integrated value to evaluate and rank the websites in diverse contexts in a very short time for further enhancement of the outcomes produced from user testing and provides more refined and accurate results.</p>
