<p>The 7th edition of the Gastric Cancer Treatment Guidelines was published in March 2025 covering new evidences. Following the format of the previous edition, this guideline consists of a text-based “Treatment” section and a “Clinical Questions” section that includes recommendations and explanations for clinical questions. The Treatment section describes the established standard treatments for gastric cancer, including surgery, endoscopic resection, and chemotherapy. The Clinical Questions section is based on a literature search and evaluation by the independent systematic review team. This allows for evidence-based responses to clinical issues and also presents future research topics in gastric cancer treatment.</p>
