摘要

We describe a rare case of Campylobacter jejuni bacteremia in a 4-year-old girl with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) carrying the t(12;21) translocation. The infection occurred during chemotherapy-induced neutropenia and presented with fever and diarrhea. Blood and port cultures identified C. jejuni, and targeted antibiotic therapy with meropenem, azithromycin, and gentamicin resulted in full recovery. This case adds to the limited reports of C. jejuni bacteremia in children with B-ALL and underscores the importance of prompt diagnosis and appropriate antimicrobial management in immunocompromised hosts.
