A comprehensive review of neurotropic fungal infections: clinical manifestations and vaccines
摘要
Central nervous system (CNS) diseases caused by fungal infections have become more common over the last two decades. Fungal diseases with a wide range of geographic distribution, incidence, and mortality can be caused by a variety of pathogenic fungus. These fungi can be found all over the world. Many organizations are working to comprehend the Transcytosis, create new antifungal medications, and create antifungal vaccines and their interactions with the immune system in an effort to reduce the mortality, morbidity, and prevalence of these complicated illnesses. This is because there aren’t many approved medications to treat fungal illnesses, and there aren’t many vaccine formulations available either. In this review we described the clinical manifestations and vaccines of human neurotropic fungus infections.
