Pulmonary emphysema: an emerging manifestation in ANCA-associated vasculitis—case series and systematic review
摘要
Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV) is a group of inflammatory conditions that can potentially affect multiple systems, with respiratory involvement being a common manifestation. Pulmonary emphysema as a sole manifestation is extremely rare. We report a case series of three patients diagnosed with AAV as a potential cause of pulmonary emphysema. Additionally, we conducted a systematic review of the literature to explore this association.
