摘要

Out-of-hospital acute care is becoming increasingly important in light of the growing number of low-priority calls for assistance and the structural overload of emergency services and outpatient care provided by general practitioners. It describes a new, intersectoral model of care that provides treatment for acute but non-life-threatening cases close to home. The article discusses and analyzes necessary structural adjustments based on 13 recommendations and drafts a tiered qualification system for new professional roles in emergency medical services.
