<p>Although traditional neuropsychological tests, such as the Mini-Mental State Examination, allow to assess cognitive function, they face challenges including the time required for administration as well as the psychological and physical burdens. In recent years, eye tracking has attracted attention as a technology closely related to cognitive processes. Nevertheless, an integrated system that links cognitive function assessment results to training to prevent cognitive decline has not been devised. We developed such an integrated system for assessments and training to be performed in a virtual reality environment using only eye-tracking measurements. As a result of system evaluation, the system usability scale score exceeded the baseline, and the NASA Task Load Index reflected a low cognitive load.</p>
