摘要

A highly efficient electrochemical molecularly imprinted sensor for the detection of chloramphenicol (CAP) was prepared using carbon nanofibers (CNFs). The conductivity and large surface area of CNFs improved the electrochemical detection performance while providing more binding sites for chloramphenicol molecularly imprinted polymers. CNF@MIP was prepared using polypyrene as the functional monomer and chloramphenicol as the template molecule. The electrochemical performance of CNF@MIP was evaluated with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Under optimized conditions, CNF@MIP exhibited a wide detection range (0.1–100 nM), low detection limit (1.15 pM), and good selectivity, stability, and reproducibility. In addition, CNF@MIP can be used to detect chloramphenicol in milk samples.
