Die Bedeutung des Aortenbogenersatzes in Frozen-Elephant-Trunk-Technik bei akuten Aortendissektionen
摘要
The treatment of acute aortic dissections requires the full spectrum of modern cardiac and vascular surgery. An interdisciplinary aortic team, ideally located at a specialized aortic center, should plan and carry out the optimal treatment. The role of aortic arch replacement using the frozen elephant trunk technique in acute dissections of the thoracic aorta is becoming increasingly more important. The reliable and safe technique of this procedure aims for a complication-free postoperative outcome and a sustainable freedom from reinterventions as well as the prevention of negative aortic remodeling. If reinterventions are necessary, the stent graft component of the hybrid prosthesis provides an ideal landing zone for a secondary endovascular approach. Consistent follow-up of patients in specialized aortic outpatient clinics is always mandatory.
