Biologie des klassischen Hodgkin-Lymphoms
摘要
This article presents the current understanding of the pathogenesis of classic Hodgkin lymphoma. One focus is the landscape of somatic genetic mutations in the Hodgkin and Reed–Sternberg tumor cells of the lymphoma. Recent studies on circulating tumor DNA in the plasma of Hodgkin lymphoma patients have led to the identification of genetic subgroups of Hodgkin lymphoma. We also shed light on the complex microenvironment of Hodgkin lymphoma and its relevance for immunotherapeutic approaches, particularly with checkpoint inhibitors.
