Fetale Diagnostik und perinatales Management angeborener Herzfehler
摘要
Congenital heart defects occur with an incidence of 6–8 per 1000 live births, of which approximately 25% are critical heart defects and require interventional or surgical treatment in the first year of life. Structured screening programs have significantly improved the fetal detection rate of these heart defects and thereby markedly improved the outcome of heart defects dependent on the ductus arteriosus. Fetal hemodynamics fundamentally differ from the postnatal circulation because of the presence of the ductus arteriosus, the foramen ovale and the ductus venosus. Fetal cardiology programs have been established in pediatric cardiology centers in recent years. In addition to the discipline-specific diagnosis and counseling, individualized birth planning can be provided.
