Ein multimodales Therapiemodell für die komplexe posttraumatische Belastungsstörung und deren Komorbiditäten
摘要
Complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), as recognized in the ICD-11, is a mental health condition resulting from prolonged trauma exposure. This essay proposes a comprehensive multi-modal treatment model incorporating biofeedback, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and trauma-specific psychotherapy—specifically Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET). The multimodal therapy model (MMT) capitalizes on the synergistic benefits of physiological, neural, and psychological interventions. It offers a holistic path toward recovery for individuals with CPTSD with the potential for improved treatment outcomes through a phased, multi-modal intervention that addresses CPTSD’s complex symptomatology from multiple therapeutic angles.
