The metabolomics of eccrine sweat provides a non-invasive window into metabolic and lifestyle-related changes [1–3] that are relevant for the prevention of childhood obesity. A recent feasibility study [4] led by Prof. Samuel M. Meier-Menches and Prof. Kurt Widhalm recorded metabolite profiles during a 2-year school-based intervention in Viennese children.
