摘要

This paper investigates steady two-dimensional geophysical surface waves in equatorial regions, considering an almost periodic free surface in the horizontal direction. By applying the Crandall-Rabinowitz bifurcation theory, we prove the existence of small-amplitude steady almost periodic equatorial wind waves with capillary effects and stagnation points. The results show that stagnation points exist for sufficiently large values of the (constant) vorticity. Moreover, we find that stagnation is located beneath the free surface.
