摘要

Grouting is a primary method for improving the permeability of fractured rock masses and ensuring the safe operation of hydro projects. However, issues, such as ineffective grouting and unsatisfactory post-grouting seepage control, can occur in grouting projects. A geological model dedicated to grouting is an effective means to solve the problems mentioned above. This study proposes a Grouting Geological Model (GGM) specifically designed for grouting engineering, aiming to understand better and predict the grouting material and pressure of fractured rock masses. The GGM is first defined in this study, which mainly consists of grouting-related information and encompasses grouting-related analysis methods and grouting-related models. The characterizations of GGM include geological conditions (such as overlying layers, rock layers, faults, weak interlayers, joints, and karst caves), environmental situations (such as in situ stress, strength, and permeability), and grouting engineering contents (such as grouting material and pressure). A comprehensive modeling scheme suitable for the GGM is proposed, the main innovative work includes: (1) an extrapolation modeling method for geological model-related grouting; (2) a deterministic-random modeling method for parameter model-related grouting; (3) a grid volumes modeling method representing grouting material and pressure. The spatial distribution of grouting material and pressure can be analyzed by GGM through the comprehensive modeling scheme. Relying on the Dongzhuang hydro project, the geological model-related grouting, parameter model-related grouting, and grouting material and pressure model of the grouting test area were established using the modeling scheme of GGM. The results of the material and pressure are consistent with the field test data, which reveals that the GGM can be applied to determine the materials and pressures in the grouting project.
