When LGBTQ+ individuals receive a cancer diagnosis, they may seek to establish trust in prospective oncology services through exploring online content. Healthcare professionals and organizations are uniquely positioned to tailor website content to demonstrate LGBTQ+ inclusivity, but inconsistently apply known strategies to demonstrate LGBTQ+ inclusivity online. This manuscript provides concrete recommendations, with illustrative examples, for healthcare organizations and professionals to demonstrate LGBTQ+ inclusivity through their online content.</p>
