Erfolgreiche Implementierung der automatisierten Qualitätssteuerung im Zementwerk Wietersdorf zur gesicherten Erzeugung qualitätsvoller Rohmehle
摘要
The cement industry faces the challenge of reducing CO2 emissions by increasing the use of low-CO2 alternative raw materials. Fluctuations in the chemical composition of these alternative raw materials require a precise quality control. At the Wietersdorf cement plant, an innovative, proactive quality control system for CO2-optimized raw meal production has been developed. This control system ensures a consistent raw meal quality through a combination of inline analytics, automated recipe adjustment, and optimized material flow management. Two inline analyzers enable real-time monitoring of raw material composition, allowing early detection and correction of quality deviations. The developed control system has been successfully validated under both standard conditions and in trial productions with maximum use of alternative raw materials. The control system ensures stable production and supports the Alpacem Group’s CO2 reduction strategy by enabling higher alternative raw material rates while maintaining raw meal quality within specifications.
