Purpose <p>To evaluate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab combined with apatinib in the treatment of <b>recurrent/metastatic</b> nasopharyngeal carcinoma (RM-NPC) and provide a basis for clinical application.</p> Methods <p>PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, and Web of Science databases were searched until July 19, 2024 for relevant studies. Data extraction and risk of bias assessment were conducted. Meta-analysis was performed using R software.</p> Results <p>Four single-arm trials with a total of 205 patients were included, with an overall survival rate of 78%, a progression-free survival rate of 45%, an objective response rate of 60%, and a disease control rate of 76%. Common adverse reactions were anemia (45%), leukopenia (46%), and fatigue (53%). The incidence of grade 3 or above adverse reactions was less than 10%, except for hypertension (16%).</p> Conclusion <p>Camrelizumab combined with apatinib showed favorable efficacy and safety in the treatment of RM-NPC, providing an important reference for clinical treatment strategies.</p>
