The aim is to accelerate postoperative recovery, minimize complications and increase patient satisfaction. This approach combines various strategies that are tailored to the individual needs of patients. A comprehensive preoperative assessment, in particular preoperative individual risk stratification and perioperative medication management, makes it possible to identify risk factors and take targeted measures.
