When people suffering from cancer additionally have a rheumatic inflammatory disease, there is always the worry that due to the treatment, which in the broadest sense works on the immune system, could increase the probability of a recurrence of the tumor or a second malignancy. The choice of the most suitable disease-modifying antirheumatic drug then becomes difficult.
