摘要

Pyrethrins are natural insecticides produced by pyrethrum (Tanacetum cinerariifolium). Natural pyrethrins comprise six esters, pyrethrin I/II, jasmolin I/II, and cinerin I/II, produced by the esterification of chrysanthemic and pyrethric acids with pyrethrolone, cinerolone, and jasmolone. In this study, syntjesis of [2H1-9’, 2H1-8’] jasmolin I was accomplished, and using the labelled compound as an internal standard, the endogenous amount of pyrethrin II in pyrethrum plants were evaluated. It was found that air propagation of MeJA and MeSA did not affect the accumulation level of pyrethrin II. However, irrigation of ABA solution (200 μM) led to almost 3.5-fold higher accumulation levels of pyrethrin II. Furthermore, irrigations of PEG (15%), and NaCl (200 mM) solutions, which were able to induce accumulation of endogenous ABA, also led to almost 2.3- and 1.8-fold higher levels of accumulations for pyrethrin II, respectively.
