<p>We propose how to generate beams with non-zero orbital angular momentum in the microwave domain using atomic vapor medium and coherent control techniques. Our approach utilizes a difference frequency generation process in a centrosymmetric medium in the presence of a DC electric field for frequency conversion and parametric amplification. By employing phase matching conditions and orbital angular momentum conservation, we constructed a Controlled NOT gate using a three-level atomic configuration. By generating Laguerre-Gaussian fields in the microwave domain, we open up novel possibilities for advanced information processing in wireless communication and potential applications in quantum technologies.</p>
